Our Villa

Villa Kokomo has been designed thoughtfully, with high end comfortable furniture throughout, every room with split panel air conditioning and fully controllable ceiling fans with in-built warm/cool setting lights. Each bathroom has an independent water heater to provide instant and unlimited hot water to feed the high power showers. The floor to ceiling sliding doors allows for every room to face the stunning sea and harbour views, each room leads out to the terrace for a true indoor/ outdoor flow living.

With a private infinity pool, stunning sea and marina views, fully stocked kitchen, high-end furniture throughout. Built for laid-back luxury - from sunrise coffees to golden-hour swims.

Beautifully designed for indoor–outdoor living, this home blends modern comforts with traditional Caribbean design. The home has tiled flooring throughout both interior and exterior and comprises 3 large king-size suites and a 4th bedroom/studio, an open-plan kitchen/living room, a powder room and a laundry room. The kitchens and bathrooms are finished with imported European high end furniture and surfaces and are fully stocked for your needs. Each room is air conditioned with powerful high end units and there is instant and unlimited hot water available throughout. For those who prefer more natural cooling, each room contains a ceiling fan with individual controls. There are two terraces available outside the villa adding an additional, 1500 square foot with a large L-shape infinity pool to cool you down after a hot day in the sun. High speed Starlink wi-fi is available throughout the property and on the outdoor terraces.

Bedrooms: 3 spacious suites with harbour and sea-views with king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms.

Bunkroom/Office: Twin over double Murphy bunk bed, which converts to a desk to make a perfect work from paradise space with an easy pull of handle.

Bathrooms: Walk in showers with high end furniture and fittings, high powered rain showers with individual water heater to provide instant and unlimited hot water.

Pool: Infinity-edge pool with tanning ledge, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Living Room: Open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors for indoor/outdoor flow living, and breathtaking views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with premium brand new Samsung appliances. 15ft island to seat 5 comfortably.

A non refundable 50% deposit is required at booking, remaining 50% will be taken 30 days before check in

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for more! The place is brand new, was spotless, and beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the villa had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. Kate was an amazing host, super responsive to any questions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note for future guests is that a rental car is required, as the villa is located up a hill. Overall, we loved our time here and would happily stay again!

My time in Antigua and at the villa was absolutely magical... It’s also incredibly convenient, just a five-minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Villa Kokomo is brand new and beautifully designed, and I say that as an interior designer.... the view serving as the backdrop to every moment, and the pool is absolutely spectacular. , the beaches are some of the best I’ve ever seen. It was genuinely hard to leave. ... I loved exploring Antigua and then returning to relax at the beautiful villa.

Villa Kokomo is the place to wake up to stunning views and rainbows over Jolly Harbor. The decor and finishes are brand new, modern, and tasteful with a super luxurious feel. It’s super well equipped for outdoor living, getting some sun by the GORGEOUS infinity pool, the lounge area and having your morning coffee taking in the views. My only issue was having to leave.

Beautiful location, very peaceful. It gets very dark at night, so its hard to see the house you have to drive slow or you will miss your turn. I’ll definitely stay there again :)
